Take Shelter consists of photographs taken over a period of five years by Danish artist Kim William Catton. A series of picturesque portraits, still lifes and landscapes evoke an uneasy feeling of longing and feeling lost at the same time. The aesthetic and subtle images makes the escapism present in Take Shelter bearable – it is more like a recognizable humane existential feeling which we all have to endure.
